Try to Stay Active

It's been quite a good month in terms of fitness. My fitness diary showed I exercised at least once a week (2 weeks of such by going to CBF class). For the rest of the weeks, one CBF class plus either hiking or jogging. This week paling rajin - one CBF class and 2 jogging sessions. Walaupun weight masih static, at least rasa sihat sikit 😅.
 This morning berjaya jogging bawah 50mins. Kena selalu jogging macam dulu lah.

Yeayyy... berjaya menghabiskan August challenge pagi tadi. Esok start challenge baru.
I downloaded another fitness app - Book Doc. It's actually teleconsulting app but has this Activ feature with virtual steps challenge. Boleh sync dengan Garmin atau Samsung Health. So far I dah dapat silver medals for Petron and Giant steps challenge. Ada hadiah okay. So, download lah and start walking😎.
