Makan Naik Berat

It was makan-makan for Hubbs and I last weekend. The result? I gained almost 2kgs! Uihhh... tak boleh jadi ni! Hari ni dengan semangat dan keazaman yang tinggi, cuba untuk hilangkan balik weight tu 😅. Let's see... makan taklah banyak sangat pun (yeah right!), tapi sebab makan birthday cake anak comel tu kot...
Hari Sabtu lunch at one of our favourite places - Nasi Ayam Salai di Batang Benar. Fuh... memang sedap. Punyalah melantak. Between the two of us, we finished ayam salai seekor (ayam kampung comel je ok 😅!), siput sedut masak lemak cili api semangkuk (Hubbs not me... I tak makan siput sedut!) and ikan keli salai masak lemak cili api semangkuk. Aiyoh...

Walaupun makan sesaja, we did jog on both days of the weekend. Tapi tak cukup kot. Kalori masuk lagi banyak daripada kalori keluar!
My last 5K was last month. Berjaya jugak buat under 50mins. Yeay!
Hari ni berjaya mendapat badge ke-3. Sikit lagi nak habis challenge.
