Drenched in Sweat

Pagi tadi sebenarnya cari alasan tak nak pergi kelas. Dah masuk 2 malam tak berapa tidur. Kepala berdenyut-denyut. Since semalam puasa, pagi tadi memang rasa light-headed. Minum susu kurma sikit kasi energy and that's it. Lepas settlekan my mother, sempat balik rumah kejap. Set alarm sebab memang betul-betul need the sleep. 10 minit saja. Alhamdulillah, lepas short nap rasa segar sikit. Terus pergi kelas.

Good thing I decided to attend sebab today memang best. Outdoor class. Conditional training and drills. I missed this class last month. Dan ramai pulak pagi ni. The 2 guys yang selalu datang 9.30 pagi joined our class. My "housewife class" dah tambah lagi 2 orang. Sorang tu cuti tanpa gaji. Cikgu kot. Sorang lagi cikgu sesi petang. Then ada lagi sorang biasa datang malam decided to join our class. So, memang meriah.
 Ada 4 stations. Sorang demi sorang kena lari dari starting point to each station dan buat 15x jumping jacks, then lari next station 5x burpees, then 10x squats and finally 10x lunges. Habis satu round lari sekuat kudrat 😏balik to starting point. Coach kata kena buat 13 reps. Baru buat 1 round dah macam nak mampus 😅. Dah lah sebelum tu kena lari 1 round keliling kawasan tu. Peluh hari ni jangan cakap la. Basah baju!
 Coach Bajie yang baju biru. Hari ni dia dok petik nama I pulak. Asal lari lenggang kangkung, dia jerit daripada jauh - "Kak Anizaaaa! Lari laju lagi, lari laju lagi!" Cisss... 😡. Yang depan baju hitam tu lost 12kgs in 1 month join kelas weight loss. Dahsyat 💪! 
Yeayyy... hari ni dapat baju free 😊
