Last week sebenarnya adalah minggu tidak sihat. Every year, despite all efforts being done or said to have been done, the haze still comes back. Tahun ni punya agak teruk for me. I don't know, for the past 2 years, ever since kena batuk teruk yang lasts for months, lungs dah tak berapa nak kuat kot. On Saturday night, we went to Alamanda to get Hubby new shoes. Maklumlah, dah lama tak kerja office, manalah ada sangat official shoes. The one he's been wearing sebenarnya sejak zaman dia kerja EPF. Imagine berapa lama! Memandangkan Monday and Tuesday he's conducting a training, new shoes dah jadi keperluan.
Anyway, bila nak balik, pergi je kat parking, bau jerebu kuat sangat. Memang the parking bays nampak kelabu. Tambah pulak dengan asap kereta. Terus rasa sesak nafas. Rasa OK lagi, tapi Hubby yang dok ajak pergi klinik ambik neb. I guess, sometimes you need someone else to tell you that you are not OK. All the way back, cuba bertahan dengan beraninya. Tapi last-last kalah juga. Kat klinik doktor pun agak alarmed sebab kata dia bunyi wheezing kuat sangat. So, one round of nebuliser.
Spent the whole of Sunday in bed. Penangan pills for lungs and cold, plus cough syrup. Hari ni, setelah hujan sepanjang hari semalam, baru rasa OK sikit. I really hope the authorities will do something about the haze. Seriously do something. I don't have asthma but now that my health was affected by the haze, it is not something to be taken lightly. Respiratory problem bukan condition main-main OK. Not being able to breathe normally, like your lungs are being squeezed, can lead to serious complications. Please. (And I curse all who have hands in creating the haze! Termasuklah orang kita yang otak tak berapa bijak masa jerebu pun dia sibuk nak bakar sampah!)
Our training went smoothly. IA is my area of expertise (ceeewah!), but I couldn't deliver the training. I prepared the slides and materials for Hubby to conduct. Feedback participants very encouraging. Yang penting impart knowledge. Next month there'll be another one to the same organisation.

All female attendees. Ada one Q&A session about criteria of website - the example was to describe a person, then they will know how to describe a website - Hubby asked a lady to describe him. She said "handsome"! Wahh...
