We only exercised one day last week. Why so malas tak ingat lah. Maybe sebab Aliyah cuti kot. Fitness activities pun cuti sama!
After almost a week of being "dormant", we hiked last Saturday. Tempat biasa - MCP. We huffed and we puffed. Sampai 2nd peak my hiking buddy dah tak larat. Kesian lah pulak (ceeewaah!). Kura-kura yang lembab punya stamina OK lagi walaupun bunyi nafas sebatu boleh dengar. Nak teruskan lagi dalam 2.3kms. Patah balik dalam 1.5kms. Tak ada short-cut, tak ada chicken loop. Akhirnya patah balik.
2nd peak. Senyuman paksa tu😁
Inilah route patah balik. Lagi 800m saja cukup target!
Minggu ni belum mula lagi. Kaki macam injured lah pulak. Adooiii...
