Our Weekend

Another makan weekend. Tapi kali ni agak "behaved". My weight has gone down to the weight I enjoyed 3 weeks ago, so nak sabotage my own achievement is out of the question 😅. Makan berhemah, kata orang.

Yesterday we attended the wedding of Nazri's son. Majlis mula 11.30am. We were there at 11.50am. Punyalah awal. Bukan apa, takut jam sebab venue di IDCC Shah Alam. Alhamdulillah traffic was OK. It was such a nice wedding. Paling best sebab dapat jumpa ex-colleagues dulu yang dah lama sangat-sangat tak jumpa. Teringat balik how well we used to work together. We were like family.
Sempat jumpa ex-SKALI Arnie, Basri, Aimy Bazura dan Alina. Not long after, geng MDA pulak sampai - Ivan and the rest. Masa nak keluar dewan, dapat jumpa Azmi (ABA) dan Nizam. Sempat Azmi bagi anak comel nasihat berguna sempena nak ambil exam SPM 😊. Then, terserempak dengan one of the programmers I loved working together last time - Shiek Wei. Finally, nak masuk lift jumpa Norazam (NZ). 

Yang lain mostly datang lepas we went back. Tak ada rezeki nak jumpa. Tengok gambar kat FB macam reunion pulak! We had to go back early sebab anak comel ada study group. 

Hari ni anak comel spent the whole day studying with her friends again since early morning. Kali ni kat Masjid Seri Putra. Sempatlah Hubbs and I pergi jogging, breakfast, buat gardening, go for lunch at Nasi Ayam Salai Batang Benar (again!), then off to Al Ihsan Nilai cari socks. Macam tu lah nanti insyaAllah when anak comel further her studies kot... tinggal berdua je.
 Compost yang I buat, yang pada mulanya I thought tak jadi, apparently turned out quite good. I tanam 2 pokok tomato dan 1 pokok cili. Banding dengan yang lain, these plants sangat subur 👍.

Ini pokok avocado we bought weeks ago. Cuba tanam kot lah menjadi. Sekarang avocado dah jadi favourite ingredient untuk salad. Dalam pasu sebelah dan yang sedang merayap tu keledek purple Jepun. Itu pun experiment saja. Semoga menjadi!

I jogged 5K on both Saturday and Sunday. Tidak berjaya mendapat star untuk 70,000 steps. Tak sempat. Tapi by now dah back on track. 
Dah set starting tomorrow insyaAllah nak jog shorter steps and maintain around 50mins for 5K distance. Sebab 50mins lagi banyak bakar kalori daripada 45mins rupanya! Baru perasan.
