It's Hubb's birthday today. The day started not so good as he was down with headache and bit of high BP. So we didn't jog today as planned. Must be the satay kambing and daging he had two nights in a row!
We skipped breakfast and headed out for an early lunch, with a stop at the clinic in BBBangi. While Hubbs was in there, anak comel and I went to a bakery nearby to get Hubbs a surprise birthday cake. It was the bakery at Seksyen 4 Tambahan which we ordered anak comel's 6th birthday cake years and years ago. Bakery tu memang agak famous especially that the cakes there are mostly frosted with fresh cream. Tapi lama sangat, sangat tak pergi bakery ni.

Walaupun dah 2 hari tak jogging, berjaya menamatkan challenge bulan ni! Yeaayyy! Lutut tak berapa nak bagus sebenarnya. CBF class Khamis lepas banyak sangat squats kot?
Rasanya this month paling ramai participants. Almost 1.5m!
