Long Time Unwell

I've not been well. Last week was the worst. Minggu ni on and off. Today, for the first time in days, I feel better. But the cough is still there. Clinic dah pergi 2 kali. Ubat batuk dan lozenges beli di farmasi dah silih berganti. Macam-macam jenis. Semalam jumpa ubat sakit tekak yang spray kat tekak tu pun beli. So far, sama saja.

I think I've not had this kind of cough for a couple of years now. Adeehhh... ingat dah baik terus. Night time is the worst. Every hour akan bangun batuk macam nak mati. Masa tu teguk air, ubat batuk, ada masa hisap lozenge sampai terlelap. Alhamdulillah setakat ni tak tercekik 😅!

Allah... sesekali Allah uji dengan penyakit memang huru-hara hidup. Semoga Allah berikan kesembuhan...

My Samsung Global challenge memang dah jauh ketinggalan. Hubbs dah berenang-renang di lautan, I'm still half-way through. Lama dah tak jogging ever since balik dari KK. Rasa macam tak cukup nafas je nak jog. So, right now sambil usaha untuk kembali sihat, I'm trying intermittent fasting. Korang google lah sendiri. Biasanya my last meal is around 8.30pm. So, the next meal target at 11am. Setakat ni nampak macam ada perubahan. My total weight loss since 1 January is now 3kg. Memang slow. I memang kura-kura yang lambat. Itu campur dua-dua - jogging 5kms three times a week, and then intermittent fasting yang baru start Selasa hari tu.

Insyaallah esok nak try jogging💪.
